1) Should the self-report be submitted at the same time, in the same envelope as the Function Report SSA form 3373-BK?
2) My client has already filed for IU which uses different criteria for disability determination. Regarding the criteria uses by SSA, if this veteran does not meet any one criterion for SSDI, how should this vet proceed with the self report. Migraines is the primary disability which the SSA apparently doesn't recognize as a qualifying disability for SSDI. The vet also has recurrent major depression a number of other disabilities like bilateral upper and lower extremity peripheral neuropathies and upper and lower extremity disabilities to include the c-spine, recently turned 60. Does the fact that my client does not meet any one single disability for SSDI preclude SSDI award???
