I was diagnosed in 2010 with Nephropathy with hypertension associated with diabetes mellitus II, with onychomycosis and peripheral vascular disease of the bilateral lower extremeties. This was assigned a 30% rating with creotinine of 1.1 and BUN of 15, blood pressure 160/90. The award indicated a higher valuation of 60% would be warranted with evidence of constant albuminuria and some edema, definite decrease in kidney function, or hypertension OR diastolic pressure predominantly 120 or more and moderately sever symptoms.
My creotinine has increased over the years to 1.43 and BUN to 36.
Would this be evidence to warrant the increase?
