1. The first doctor reviewed my medical records from 2002-present and stated that he beleives I had chronic sinusitis as far back as 2002.
2. The second doctor reviewed my records from 2002-Present and stated the following:
I have reviewed Mr. Hall's medical records from 2002-Present. He has been suffering from chronic sinusitis and epistaxis for years. It appears that his condition was highly aggravated by the dust and filth that is a part of Iraq. He recently underwent a polypectomy from his sinuses. Poyps are known to grow in the sinuses as a part of the picture of chronic sinusitis.
I beleive that Mr. Hall has suffered these conditions as a result of various extremes that he has endured while serving with the U.S. military.
I also made a claim for migraine headaches. I did not have any documentation except for prescription records. I made contact with the diagnosing physcian and he made a statement on my behalf stating that he diagnosed me with migraines with Aura in the military. I was diagnosed with migraines with Aura during my VA exam. Do I have enough evidence to substantiate both of these claims?
