I applied for pension in February of 2015. Ebennies quit showing my pension claim. Didn't go into historical, it just disappeared. I chatted with them online (finally) and they stated I received a letter asking if I still wanted to file my claim (which I didn't receive). Then they found it and said it was still showing and I should wait. I'm impatient. So, I filed another claim for non service pension, and stated i filed in February of 2015. My case shows complete now. I haven't received my package yet. My benefits letter shows my 10% disability and the nonservice related pension says yes by it, but my award amount hasn't changed. Still only shows the amount for my 10% disability. Do they not put it on the letter or am I not really getting any pension? The file showed complete on Monday and it's Sunday. I also sent them a letter from my va doctor stating that I can't work.
