The standard for a 50% migraine rating states severe economic inadaptability, however that is defined. By reviewing BVA migraine cases you might get better calibrated as to what is needed to be rated at 50% for migraines....

I am guessing he is a reservist based on the fact he had an established VA rating prior to the MEB/PEB. If so, CRDP can be initiated when he receives LOS service retirement at age 60 or so, presuming he has 20+ good years. Mike
