Re: My claims in the decision mode (reply)
Until a claim is decided, it may move for one status to another and then back again.  The folks putting the claims together may determine they need something additional or a piece of required documentation newly arrives.  There is not...

Re: Agent Orange Registry Fraud (reply)
First, you need to select one VSO and sign on with only that VSO.  Secondly, the VSO is providing you with his opinion and that is not actionable in a court.  I strongly suggest that if you do not trust your VSO, find another one that...

Please keep all discussion and documentation related to the IU Budget issue in the long IU post (eleven pages in Social right now).  Posting related information in new threads just causes all interested parties to look in multiple places...

Re: Does an open claim slow down a NOD? (reply)
Possibly, but may not have been scanned in as well.  The only way to find out would be to order your C File and see if a disk is delivered or a large, heavy box of papers.

Re: Is this enough to establish service connection? (reply)
Make an appointment with your VA Endocrinologist, and because it is more than thirty days out, call Veteran's Choice.  Veterans Choice will set up an appointment with a local doctor (private) and you can go from there.  Hope this...

Re: VA Math - Error (reply)
Contact your VSO and go over the disabilities with him.  He should be able to access the information the VA is using.  I am wondering if the 10% shoulder rating was not replaced by one of the larger ratings (that would explain the...

Re: VA Math - Error (reply)
D Man, Are any of your disabilities eligible for bi-lateral computation?  Also, are you sure you are not listing one of the percentages twice?  With what you listed, I came up with 95%=100%.  If one of the 10s is double counted, it would...

Re: Requesting advice (reply)
IU would indicate that you are not capable of any gainful employment (not just your current job).  You are currently working, so, IU will be a very steep hill to climb.  Good luck going forward.

Information could have been from the form you filled out.  The AO exam really does not do anything except collect data.  It is not for any claim related purpose.  Good luck!
