Re: Va Compensation (reply)
For a mental health claim, you really need to look at how your symptoms compare to the rating criteria to get an idea of how you will be (or should be rated).  Go to the PTSD section and look at the "PTSD A-Z" thread and look at the MH...

If he receives a rating for SA (which this C&P would support), it has to be 50% as he has been prescribed a CPAP.

Re: Possible Chemical Exposure Ft. McClellan Al (reply)
I was stationed at Ft. McClellan for six weeks in 1968 and had the worst case of allergies ever.  My duty base was Ft. Benning and although I had some allergies while at Benning, they were nothing like the flair up at McClellan.  They...

Re: help please (reply)
You qualify for IU (on paper) but you are the one that has to make the decision on if filing is more of a risk than you are willing to take.  Secondly, you will have to get your doctor to opine that you can not work at any job.  Good...

Re: How long will VA hold up processing of FDC while VA tries to find Service Medical Records? (reply)
What have you filed for?  The VA is going to want to review your records and most likely, have additional C&P exams.  They want to review the SMRs to insure that all bases are covered and also for reference for the C&P docs.

Charging the cop in the Baltimore case with Murder (topic)
I don't see any way in hell the Baltimore DA can prove a murder charge.  Murder requires "malice aforethought".  which means the cop acted with malice towards the victim and the act was likely to lead to death. It means the cops made a...
