Do decisions 4 multiple contentions come in multiple envelopes? (topic) I have 8 things and this is my initial claim. I see elsewhere on here about people getting more than one envelope when their claim is decided.I guess it's because they decide on each at different times. |

Effects of medication by rater (topic) Are the effects of medication considered when a claim is being evaluated? I.e. a Veteran is being treated for PTSD and the prescribe medication(s) lessen his memory of the cause. Can the rater lower the rating because of there effect? |
