I have applied for compensation for Vertigo and Labyrinthitis with hearing loss and Tinnitus as secondary. These claims have been conceded as due to acoustic trauma and illness while in the military as noted in the C&P exam results in which I obtained a copy of from the V.A. regional office.
My question is: would the rater look at these results and rate them separately or combined them under Meniere's syndrome, since hearing impairment, Vertigo, Labyrinthitis and Tinnitus are the main ingredients (if you will) for Meniere's syndrome, even though I did not put in a claim for Meniere's syndrome?
