Is there such a thing? I retired in 1991 after 20 years of active duty with one combat tour in RVN. The BVA recently ( 14 Mar 2012) classified me as 100% P&T effective 24 Jan 2006, but CRSC is continuing to rate my disability as 90% as two of my disabilities (back-40% and neck-20%) are not considered combat rated. However when I add all my combat related disabilities as shown below I come up with 95% which rounds up to 100% Am I doing something wrong? Would appreciate your advice or thoughts.
