Posts: 11 Mar 17 12 12:15 PM	I have a claim for iu pending from 11/09/11, they did an authorization review on 12/21/11 for a previous claim, afterwards all my claims had the same claim date(9/10) and support of claim date(12/10) including my present claim and all historical claims. What does this mean??? I had this posted under claims general with no luck for answers.

Posts: 11385 Mar 18 12 9:38 AM	There is not enough information to give a definite answer to your question. Do you have a VSO? A VSO would be the best source of information. They would be able to get access to the information. It's possible the previous claim was adjudicated and rendered the present claims moot or it could be from any number of other causes including a typo. Member-at-large: Disturbed Veterans of America.

Posts: 11 Mar 18 12 4:44 PM	I was cruising along for 18yrs with 40%; decided to put in for incr of copd and cervical spine, got incr overall to 60%. Then 8/10 had heart attack(3 blocked arteries), put in ao presump, got 60% for ihd, now combined 80%. 7/11 was put on long term O2 for copd, put in for incr in 11/11. This is when the authorization review was done and all my claims appeared on eb with the same 21-526b(9/10) and 21-4138(12/10). I do have a VSO, but the dude hates me because I will only communicate with him via email for record purposes. His responses are few and far between. ex: I sent him a email on 9Mar12, still waiting for reply. If I wasn't in the middle of this situation, I'd drop them. Any more thoughts????
