This chart has a major flaw in it. It deducts the difference between Ch61 retirement and earned retirement from your CRSC payment. This should not be happening.
If your earned retirement is 1000.00 and your CRSC rating is 10% which equates to 117.00, then you should be receiving that 117.00, not a big fat ZERO.
Contact your Senators and Congress person's to make sure this is rectified.
The folks who did their 20 don't have an offset, neither should we.
Edit: Correcting my example. If your Ch61 pay is 1200.00 per month and your earned retirement is 1000.00 per month and your CRSC rating is 10% (117.00 per month) according to the chart you get a big fat ZERO. This is WRONG. There should not be any offset once your earned retirement is calculated. If your earned retirement is less than the CRSC amount, then the maximum you should be allowed is the amount equal to your earned retirement.
