I tried to find this answered somewhere else but I haven't had any luck. Say a veteran has 7 contentions and together they add up to 100% schedular. Six of the seven contentions are considered "static" meaning no likely hood of improvement. Would that veteran not be rated 100% Permanent because one contention has a likelyhood of improvement? I ask because currently I'm in VA math 94% but I may ask them to reconsider my denial for Sciatic and if grated I'll be 100%. But, my back "has a likely hood of improvement" so its subject to future review. My other 6 contentions are considered permanent.
