Anyone know where I can find the articles that states that any veteran getting Leukemia that served more than 30 consecutive days at Camp Jejune it is automatically service connected and I need to prove nothing except I have Acute ALL Leukemia and served 5 months at Camp Jejune.
I was diagnosed with Acute ALL Leukemia Philadelphia Positive around Dec 6, 2016.
The DAV submitted claims for me at the beginning of January for exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam and Camp Lejune drinking water.
So got a letter from the VA a few weeks ago saying my claim has been forwarded to Louisville Regional environmental hazard Office for expedited Camp Lejune.
I remember reading several articles stating if you were at Camp Lejune more than 30 days and develop Leukemia if is an automatic service connected.
So now I get a letter from the VA stating they may consider my claim if my doctor submits evidence stating my Leukemia was the result of Dixon exposure and all this other stuff from my doctor.
What a crock I thought it stated this was automatic and automatic ?
