        <![CDATA[ Hello.  I just got a letter today from the Navy saying that my disability/TDRL from 40% disability to 60% disability and now in PDRL.  I am also getting 20% in the VA.  My last pay for TDRL was Jan 2012 and my benefits stopped because they didn't send me any letter where or when will my reevaluation will be.  I didn't go to the 18 months evaluations either because they never sent me any letters.  However, I went to the VA all the time to get evaluated, but I don't know if it is connected to... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Something is not right.  You don't add the VA and Navy rating to get the TDRL rating.  A 20% rating from the Navy would result in separation vice TDRL.  Recheck your Navy and VA ratings.  What conditions were rated and what were the ratings?

			<description><![CDATA[ You should get 60% of your high three which will be offset by the VA comp dollar for dollar.  Is your unfitting condition combat related.  Seems strange your VA rating is 20% but your DoD rating is 60%.  Both are required to rate per the VASRD.
