        <![CDATA[ Thanks in advance for reading and weighing in.&nbsp; I'm trying to understand the implications of movement vs. painful movement notes from the examiner and how it will affect the rating.&nbsp; I've done research and found the Deluca case, but how it's applied seems inconsistent.&nbsp; Here are my questions:1)&nbsp;If the c&amp;p exam says pain at 10, with motion stopping at 45 for forward flexion of the spine, which number is used by the rater?2) If the full range&nbsp;of motion is used, and... ]]>
