There seemed to be a consensus for getting a poll for this, so here it is!!

Me first,

january 2003 went on T3 Profile and September 2003 changed to P3 Profile.  November 20 notified of Informal results.

			<description><![CDATA[ My package was sent out to the IPEB originally on 11 June.  It was kicked back for an error and resubmitted on 27 June.  The board results were final on 31 July and it took a week before they made it to me.  I was returned to duty.
