        <![CDATA[ I know many have not had much training in writing techniques.  Writing can be difficult.  I am a trained secretary and still screw it up a lot if I am not focused.  I began to think about this and decided to try to help by giving some basics that might aid in your endeavor(s).


Before getting into the actual suggestions, I need to mention some stuff.

1.  Most people who do a LOT of reading as part of their job description DO NOT read every word.  They SKIM!
