        <![CDATA[ Hello again, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I have a pending disability claim for a right ankle injury that occurred June 2009, and I was discharged from AD July 2009. I had my C&amp;P today, which wasn't really an exam, just a bunch of questions. The doc never touched or looked at my ankle. &nbsp;I had surgery done Jan 15th, 2010, by a private doctor, using my private insurance on my right ankle, 2 screws (ORIF) put in, and secondary ligament reconstruction of the ATF ligament.
