        <![CDATA[ hey yall I&#39;m new to the veterans system and the internet. I&#39;m looking for answers since the DAV and 1800peps will not or can not give them to me.
November 15, 2006 I received a rating of 50% to which I appealed. On December 20, 2007 I received a letter from the DAV stating that the VA had rerated me at
100% as of November 15, 2006. I need to know how this is going to work. Is the VA going to do a lump sum or payments, via a check or direct deposit? However
the big question is when!!!!... ]]>
