especially when located on U.S. soil.  I am concerned that, barring any special program for those who were wounded at Ft Hood, they could end up in the same
situation as all of those currently retired under Chapter 61.  These folks will not be eligible for CRSC and therefore will probably lose their retirement just

2. Fill out a waiver form to have retired pay reduced for va disability.

3. CRDP will be figured out calulations are availble on the web. DAFS and the VA.  THIS TAKES 6 MONTHS.

4. The intial check for the amount back dated to your file date will be mailed. THIS TAKES 3 MONTHS.

 Im a 20 yr retired veteran and have 100% disability from the VA.  DFAS calculated my retro payment and on July 14th 2009 I received $XXX.

In there letter it stated that i am also entitled to backpay from VA.  DFAS forwarded the calculation worksheet to the VA.  VA has been working on my case
since April 2009. Still no payment.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?
