to become a nuke. On Dec 26, 2008 I severed a digital nerve in my left hand while opening a Christmas present. I had repair surgery on Jan 13, 2009 and have

			<description><![CDATA[ After taking the ortho evra patch in 2004 I started having major health issues. After several tests, in 2006 I found out I had mitral valve regurge along with
EIB asthma. In 2007 they declared it to be regular asthma. I am now prescribed albuterol, advair, and flonase which I have been on ever since. Today, which is
3yrs later, I recieved a call stating I have an MEB appointment with my PCM on the 26th of this month (next week). I am in total shock. I am not sure what this

My husband served AD 04/05 in Iraq. He was injured subsequently diagnosed and is now compensated by the VA 100% PTSD, 20% shoulder, 20 claudication, 10% and
10% for neuropathy.  He is a reservist.  In 07 found unfit for duty, then again 08.  Here we are in 09 and he is forced to start all over again.  He now must

			<description><![CDATA[ I permanently medically retire 27 Aug. I found out I have breast cancer 17 Aug requiring an immediate mastectomy. I want the surgery done under the safety of
the active duty umbrella in case there are issues with my new Tricare or the procedure itself. Can they just kick me out anyway or do they have to keep me in

			<description><![CDATA[ Can someone help me with this situation? The AFreserve just put me on TDRL for PTSD. I did what that Msgt said and sent it to the DAV for futher instruction.
The PTSD is deemed combat-related from my time in the desert. They rated me at 50% from the AF. What does all this mean to my claim? Does the VA have to
recognize DOD standards? Why is the VA sending a new packet for stressor info? Does the DAV resend my prior denial info with the AF diagnosis? Please help me

The medical history that I&#39;m supposed to bring with me for the Doctor to review.  Anyways, &quot;they&quot; combined these claims.  It says:

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m in the Army National Guard with 19 good years. I&#39;m being sent to a MEB. Will I continue to drill with my unit, in which case I would continue to
accrue points toward my 20th good year? Or, once I begin the MEB, will I be prevented from attending drill and therefore accruing points? I would like to get
my 20th good year just in case the PEB finds me unfit and gives me less than 30%. That way, with 20 good years, I could still get length-of-service retirement. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve been in the USAF ANG (Active Duty For Special Work) going on 7 years now, just re-enlisted last year in the AOR.  While deployed to OIF last year, I
had a back injury resulting in a herniated disk (L4/L5).   An LOD was initiated and I had a 2nd microdiscectomy on 11 May 2009.  My medical wing got pissed off

			<description><![CDATA[ I am a soldier , deployed to Afghanistan. I&#39;ll be going home in two months(Army Reserves). I sustained an injury to my r/elbow, two weeks into my
deployment, according to the Doc. it is nerve damage(he also said that the muscle is tearing away from the bone). I&#39;ve been seeing him on a regular basis.
Also, while coming back from R&amp;R, our plane loss cabin pressure, at 33000 ft., I was sitting on side of the C-17, not middle rows. When this happened air
