He has heart trouble, diabetes, kidney disease and hearing loss.  He was in the Air force in VN as a member of a ground control radar group.  He was in VN in
1963-64 and was all over I corps.

My question is:  on one web site it states that the military conducted agent orange from 1965 to 1972.  One an other site it states that it started in 1961.

			<title><![CDATA[ VRO Snafu ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I filed a claim on 10/22/09 for IHD secondary to AO. I filed the claim in the same building that the VRO is in. Today, 10/31/09,   I get the big white envelope
in the mail. Great I think, things are moving along swiftly. Wrong.

It&#39;s a notice of action alright, standard request for any further documentation on my claim etc. BUT it is on a claim I made back in &#39;05 for MI
secondary to PTSD. (which was denied in &#39;06). Instead of opening the new claim the VRO office has reopened... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ After the VA added IHD to agent orange presumptive list. I went back and looked at my denial decisions from 2003 and saw that I had claimed heart disease
because of some chest apin I was having at the time. The VA after thier C&amp;P then denied me all the way through appeal. When I had my heart attack in 2005
they finally granted me heart disease secondary to DM2.
