			<description><![CDATA[ I am confused.  I read and reread the stuff but remain confused.  Is the timeframe of diagnosis one year after discharge? I was discharged in 2006 and just got
diagnosed with stuff this year cause I just decided to pursue all my aches, pains and general feel like SH** issues.  So am I out of luck cause it has been
more than a year? What does that have to do with presumed? As I have said I have read and reread so I am asking for the answer from someone in english.  Also

I am getting prepared to file a claim for gulf war illness.  Well, let me rephrase that from reading the board I know it was recommended(because we are not

			<description><![CDATA[ I talked to a guy this morning who is 80% rated, IU P/T. He told me one of his ratings was for Lumbar Arthropathy. He said that rating is 20%.

Anyway after he received that rating, and with one year of discharge, Physical Medicine Doctor diagnosed him with Fibromyalgia.

He was sent to physical therapy and prescribed muscle relaxers. A year later he was seen by a civilian Rheumetologist who diagnosed him with Ankylosing

I filed a claim in August for two presumptive conditions: fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I obviously served in Desert Shield and Storm, its on my DD-214
