			<description><![CDATA[ one of the stressors listed on my ptsd claim (pending with the remand center since dec. 2006) was my witnessing a u.s. soldier shoot and kill another u.s.
soldier at a civilian cafe just outside the compound at phu loi in 1966. i did not know either of the two but believe they were assigned to an engierning
company at phu loi. i assisted in subduing the shooter and was required to give testimony at what i believe was an article 32 investigation into the incident.

			<description><![CDATA[ I have an injured back and have a permanent profile in the national guard from running and to do the 2.5 mile walk in 36 minn or less instead.
<br>
Did the walk in 34 minn but my back went into complete spasms and went to emergency room.  The doctor said my current prescribed meds was not strong enough to
control the spasms and put me on hydrocodone.  I had the best sleep that I cant remember when it was so good, not to mention pain was alot less from back too.

day and the max of 600mg. Went to a civilian shrinkoroony and he pulled me off this crap. It seems there are quite a bit of problems with this stuff and
Dr.&#39;s are over prescribing this stuff and prescribing it for Bi-polar and other mental problems which have not been approved. You could have heart attacks

A couple of days ago, while driving home from work, I saw a black lab puppy get ran over on the street infront of the house were it lived.  It didn&#39;t kill
the puppy right away, but he was going to die in a few minutes.  His back legs were crushed and he was trying to crawl out of the road with his front feet.

My father was combat, WWII, US Navy.

I think he had some(all?) of the PTSD symptoms. To include a period of wife beating about 16 years after getting out of the Navy hospital, Sampson NY(TB).

I&#39;m SC 50% for PTSD and 10% for my lower back. I was denied an increase for PTSD and my case is now at the BVA. After the BVA certified my case, I was
diagnosed as Bipolar I. I&#39;ve been unemployed for over a year due to the PTSD (also to my then undiagnosed Bipolar). Since I&#39;m living in Germany,
I&#39;ve been unable to get to any VA hospitals and have been mistreated by the medical community here.
