review dept., asking him when he was treated at the VA. He told her for yrs. and then had to tell her how to get his records. I hope they have them before the
trial date. Anyway, he has never had any kind of exam from SS, like a mental exam or heart exam or anything. Is this normal? Do they sometimes make a decision

before I let he/she represents me before an ALJ? My case was in the reconsideration stage so it could be a while before I go to ALJ (if my case was denied
now), but never is too early to learn about this things.  Is there any phone number that I can call to know about my case? and if so, does this didn&#39;t
interfere with what my lawyer... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I appilied on line today for SSDI and SSI for the first time. I am at 100% SC but not P&amp;T. I will be filing for P&amp;T this week. I do not want to have
to get a lawyer but if I have to I will. A friend of a friend works at the local SSA office and I&#39;ve got an appointment with her next month. I hope that

<p>1991-1997 - Served as a civilian warehouse technician.</p>

<p>1997 - Experienced severe back pain with shooting sensation to both legs whenever he heavy lifted materials; Was diagnosed with severe lumbar disorders
(hemiated nucleus pulposis and spinal stenosis at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels).</p>

usually advises so emailed him and asked him if he would take a look at my self report.  I completed my self report much like the example self report but
always feel two eyes and a allott of knowledge are the best way to go.  First I hope that I did not breach the social  rules by emailing direct, if so sorry

			<description><![CDATA[ This my first post on this forum. I am a retired Navy Diver, 21 yrs, medically retired in 89. The following is a list of my junk:  Bad knees, bad back, bad
neck, bad hip, diagnosed with remitting relapsing Multiple Sclerosis in 99. Got my 80% from VA in 05 upgraded to IU in March of 06. This my first shot at SSDI
and I did all the god awful long application on line last month and had a 15 minute interview on the 1st of this month. The Lady told me that I would hear from
them in about 90 days.... ]]></description>

Louis lawyer (henceforth known as SLUG) told me I could make the move and go back to St Louis for the hearing.

<p>So two weeks ago I called for an appointment and was given one for today. Two days later I received a letter to confirm and provide me with additional

<p>I walked into the office 15 minutes before my appointment time, was greeted by the security officer who checked me in and directed me to the waiting area.
