from SSDI and put me on regular Social Security? Or will I stay on SSDI for good. My annual statement shows I will lose about 150.00 per month from my SSDI

			<description><![CDATA[ Got my notification today that I was denied SSDI based on the medical evidence. The listed the the evidence used and they don&#39;t have the C &amp; P, nor the
decision, based on that C &amp; P, that got my my IU, based on Mental disabilities. It says I should be able to do a job like my previous job. There is nothing
showing they used the statements of my coworkers and supervisor demonstrating that I can&#39;t do the job mentally. So, I guess it&#39;s time to request a

still has to add the military quarters from your DD-214?  Someone said that the military quarters are not added until you file for retirement and turn in your

year. My memory is horrible so I forget everything. Should I bring anything other than a license? Do I need to update my lawyers info or will they get it from

			<description><![CDATA[ I found a web site from a lawyer that had a great deal of info about the process. As I read it, if you can document that you have a listed condition and meet
the requirements of the condition then you will be approved at step 3 of the 5 step process. You do not need to deal with the RFC stuff.  Am I missing

			<description><![CDATA[ I filed for SSDI two weeks ago today using the online application. PTSD. Sent my monthly self-employment info from 1/01/08 till I stopped working in September
&#39;09.

Today I got a letter saying I was approved from April 1, &#39;09. 5 month waiting period, so payment began for September. I looked at my checking account
online and saw that Sept, Oct, and Nov. was deposited today.

Was expecting the process to take 3 to 5 months. Took 2 weeks. Unbelievable. I feel fortunate. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I&#39;m in Maryland and had my ALJ Hearing today.  I had to wait only 364 days to get a hearing after the 1st two denials.

The hearing was short, judge asked me about my old job, that I worked at for 13 years, and my duties.  Asked about why I left, which was for anxiety/depression
and then asked about my rheumatoid arthritis and other problems.   He asked me to recite the meds I take and then asked me about a problem I had in 1989 when I

			<description><![CDATA[ I have been in literally thousands of hearing before Administrative Law Judges, for SSDI and SSI.  I see a ton of letters from physicians, that say, &quot;My
patient can no longer work&quot;.

Those kinds of letters have about as much impact on Social Security as used toilet paper.  They are utterly and completely useless, UNLESS what they say is
