			<description><![CDATA[ Can someone answer this question. I served 21 years in the National Guard. Of that i had approx 24 months on active duty due to deployments.  Soon after i
returned from Iraq in 2007 I retired with an Honoralbe discharge.  About 4 months later the VA granted Permenatly and totally disabled.  And unemployable. 
Would i be eligable for the 100% benefits from the 9/11 GI Bill to pass on to my dependents do to my 100% P/T disabillity?  Does anyone know?  Thanks in

			<description><![CDATA[ My daughter applied for Chap 35 DEA and recently received notice that the Buffalo VARO needs paperwork indicating I am P&amp;T. They have a copy of the rating
decision indicating the eligibility date for Chap 35 benefits.

Is this really needed or does someone have a misunderstanding as to what eligibility for DEA really implies?

			<description><![CDATA[ I have two kids who have been approved for Chp 35.  Both have received two checks.  I notified the VA to remove them from dependency payment to me in
September.  I new I would be over payed on 1 October but figured they would make the adjustment prior to the 1 November payment.  They didn&#39;t, I still
received the dependent payment and am now $960 overpaid.

Called the 800 number and they said they have all the info they need to remove the payment but it just takes time to process... ]]></description>

really like to try going back to school using my CH.35.  Is it possible?  Or if I do go back school, they will think that I am &quot;normal&quot; again and

			<description><![CDATA[ I broke my neck stayed in the Spinal Rehab Center Ft Gordon for 2 years 2 months.

I had a spinal fusion metal in my neck I was paralysed from the neck down but the injury brusied my cord mostly.

I was rate 40% in 1977 and never went back to the VA.
<br>
I have used my private doctor for the past 6years the pain is so bad now I can&#39;t.

I haven&#39;t worked since March, I can&#39;t load and haul cars.

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m 100% SC, P&amp;T, PTSD Schedular. At the suggestion of my VA Psych, I submitted a request to the VARO for support in offsetting costs of my recently
developed interest in photography. I received two letters in response: 1) a letter from the Voc Rehab guy giving me an appointment, and 2) a letter from the VA
advising that my request for benefits has been delayed (?!).
