employment due to two hip replacements and my mental disability of 70% for PTSD. Counselor assigned outside contractor to visit my home to inspector for needed
changes in making my quality of life better (toilet upgrade banisters for stairs etc. four weeks later VR&amp;E counselor called wife and to office to go over
plan for improvement.... ]]></description>

i.e. orientation (watch the stupid video and then do some type of assessment test.)  After that I went back to see one of the vocational rehabilitation program
counselors.  He started going over my file, etc. and asked me what I was looking to get out of the ILP.  I told him that basically I wanted some help in the

			<description><![CDATA[ Maybe someone else has heard this one...I met with my voc rehab counselor a couple weeks ago and she explained there is a bill in congress that would raise the
allowance paid to people in the voc rehab program while they attend school.  The rates are pretty low now and she said they are trying to pass law to increase
the payment to match the same monthly amount for the post 911 education benefits.  Has anyone heard of this or know if this is even in the pipeline?

			<title><![CDATA[ what do your ILP plan look like??? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble with the ILP counselor.  The one I have has a clammy, overly soft handshake, which creeps me out everytime I
have to do a face to face with him.  He also cannot write a ILP to save his life.  Here is my ILP and you can see, it says nothing.

What do others have on thiers, I would like to see if there is some difference.

			<description><![CDATA[ Hello.  I am 70% IU and have been receiving benefits for about 15 years.  I am service connected.  I was not aware until recently that Voc Rehab was available.
 If I was to qualify for Voc Rehab would I get a subsistence allowance on top of my current benefits or would I lose part or all of my 70% IU?  Also I
understand that I am over the 12 year limit for qualifying.  Has anyone heard of a veteran exceeding the 12 year limit and still qualifying for Voc Rehab?  My
disability is mental health... ]]></description>
