Just supposing, the House and Senate pass those bills, granting bluewater navy and others, presumptives to AO.

I filed a claim, and was granted, a Non-Service Connected pension, back to the day I filed, in December 2003.  I had a C&amp;P, and was totaled to 80%
unemployable and granted the NSCP. (but when I received the SSDI i had filed, the NSCP was stopped)... ]]></description>

I am 60% combined (40%/30%/10%) for DDD, Depression and HBP.  I know I don&#39;t meet the minimum requirements to apply for IU.  Is there any way I could still
apply for it?  I haven&#39;t been able to work since mid 2007 due to my conditions.  I&#39;m currently applying for ssdi and I am praying for a favorable

			<description><![CDATA[ Today I got the unpleasant news that my IU application has been denied. I&#39;ve read the decision in part and it says that my SC conditions does not prevent
me from obtaining employment. One of the reasons also is that my low back pain and my right arthritic knee has been reduced in rating from 20% for each to 10%
respectively. I don&#39;t remember the examiner during my C &amp; P perform range of motion on my back. As for my right knee the examiner bent it so hard that

employer not filling out the paperwork. This comes at a particularly good time as I had a Social Security physical today. I can now send in the decision

I filed a NOD for tinnitus in both ears scares on forehead and depression and hpb 2nd to db2, chf 2nd to hbp 2nd to db2.

This was over a year ago. just have finshed all my C&amp;P . I had filed for IU two years ago but did not nod it. I have CHF but it is non ischemic and I Draw
my ssi for it an asthma.

			<description><![CDATA[ I just recently re-opened my claim for CAD because of IHD being added to the AO list. I originally filed for CAD in 2001 along with my claim for DMII but was
denied for CAD on the grounds it was not secondary to my DM. So I re-opened the claim on 10/19/2009. I am rated 20% for DMII and 10% for tinnitus - total of
30%. If my new claim goes well I expect to be rated at 60% for IHD, 20% for DMII and 10% for tinnitus giving me 70% after the VA does its strange math. I have

it for 17 years.  he lost his job in 2002, he had filed for PTSD in 1979 went to appoinment in milwaukee in 1980 was told they lost his records, ect. ect so

they will process your claim in 90 days.  There is some stuff about waiving things and I need to see my VSO before I would waive anything, but would this

			<description><![CDATA[ I received my brown envelope today and was immensley puzzled and surprised both.  I was bumped to 100% but denied IU.  In the course of reading the paperwork,
I was bumped from 10% to 40% for degenerative disc disease of the spine both thoracic and lumbar, but was also knocked down from 40% to 30% for loss of muscle
groups in the arm and hand.  They stated the reduction was due in error of them initially showing it was my dominant hand I lost the use of.  Fact is that my
