I read this forum frequently and am hoping I can get some advice. I am 50% PTSD, 40% for my back, and 20% radioculpathy of my left leg for a total of 80%.Today
I received notification that my claim for IU was denied. The reasons were because my PTSD therapist signed the letter sent in, in support of my claim, and not
a Dr. I called to see if the Dr. (who I have seen several times) would be able to sign the letter. Well, I found out that the Doc has been out for the past...

Some of you said it was easier to get 100% ptsd than IU, my experience is little different.

My PTSD claim was filed in 92, Yes, it is true!! it took them all these years to find the stressor in the first gulf war (it went to BVA remand and
back)!!.

At my recent c& P in 2008, I was given a GAF score of 15 for ptsd. However, I am only rated 50% getting back to the day I got fired from work in 07.
They also give me 30% going all the way back to 92 date of claim.
...
