I have basically two options and I&#39;m looking for advice from everyone on which to do.  Either file my claim and do my exam now (in Europe) or later on once
I return to the states... I&#39;ve had 9 different surgeries over my career and other issues so I want to get this right the first time.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p> Went in to see my VSO and check on the status of my claim/s.  The VSO, who I feel is pretty good at his job, told me that my claim/s were back at the RO
and it had a suspense date of Nov. 7th. I would like to know if that means they (raters) have what they need and need to be finished with my claim/s by that
date or what. One of my claims were for high BP / hypertension. The CP PA wrote that she did not feel my claim was S/C as the HBP was diagnosed at the same

			<description><![CDATA[ When I went to a private practce doc he suggested that I be tested for nerve damage and sleep apnea. I took the letter to my primary care doc at the VA in
Fayetteville, he told me that the neurologist was not taking any patients, and it was unlikely that I would get to the sleep study any time soon. My question
is, does the VA outsource these tests, and do they have a certain time limit in which to give me these tests? It has been thirty days and I am thinking about

			<description><![CDATA[ I had multiple claims filed since 2007 and 2008. I talked to Cleveland and they told me that i was awarded partial grants on my claims and I should be
receiving a letter soon. The problem is that was October 21 and I have not received anything yet. What is the actual process of getting an appeal back from the
DRO and does it take this long for a letter to be generated. I don&#39;t know if it has to be signed off by any more people and I guess that is my number 1
question.

			<description><![CDATA[ Will try to keep this short.  I had a C&amp;P back in june for an increase on my left knee, was 0%, increased to 10%. Am having a TKR in a week at
VAMC. Knee injury happened in service back in 1968. When I filed claim for increase, I also added right hip secondary to left knee. I have limped around for 8
years and babied my left leg for over 40 years. I walk with a cane. I now have worn out my right hip and right knee. I have an outside doc, and x-rays of right

			<description><![CDATA[ I am a persian gulf  veteran SC 20% for a chronic undiagnosed illness. I have  a  comp and  pe this week and  next week a  well. My  GAF scores  run in the 
upper 30&#39; to high 40&#39;s. My doctors  have  aid I have  ptsd but would chronic fatigue affect you like it in many ways? Whatever itmis that I have is not

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I currently have DMII at 20% and PN at 10% bilaterally on both lower extremities secondary to DMII.  IN April 08, I filed a claim for other conditions
secondary to DMII.  In August 08, the VARO [via my VSO] said the claim was ready to rate.  Last week, I was scheduled for an all day C&amp;P.</p>

<p>I was scheduled for an 8 AM fasting UGI, a 9 AM exam with a PA, a 12 Noon X-ray and a 1 PM continued exam with the PA.</p>
