			<description><![CDATA[ Finally got a letter telling to report for an examine for my claim, it doesn&#39;t say which item the examine is for, have 2 items that were remanded and not
sure which it is......do they do more than one at an appointment? one was for neck and the other was for lungs......any one know the odds of approved claims
when they get this far, remanded by appeal board and then having examines?

			<description><![CDATA[ I am and have been helping my father in law with his appeal.  4 years ago the VA took his 60% Service Connected issues away from him and said he was fine. 
Well jumping forward 4 years...the BVA now says that he is &quot;Granted&quot; those items back, but in the process a few additional things got added and are
now sitting in remand.  How do we get the remanded items separated from the granted items so that he can receive his back payment, rating, and monthly

I called the BVA status line today, actually I called on Thrusday to check on the status of my appeal and was told that it was still waiting for the Judge to
request my file.

Ok, no problem except that I went to the BVA TB hearing on 12-10-08 so I asked how appeals were selected for the judges to review them.  The woman on the
status line told me that they were done strictly by docket number.

			<description><![CDATA[ I filed for an increase for my PTSD after a few month stint in Adult Acute Care Hospital. Freaked the hell out and that was the last I remembered...... I was
30% for PTSD and was able to get to 70% for PTSD and 10% for my heart problems. Submitted my request in May 2009, C&amp;P in Sep 2009 and got the results
yesterday.

			<description><![CDATA[ I went to ROI to get a copy of my exam.  After reviewing the paper work I see that the Nurse Practioner that did the exam exclude things or failed to pay
attention when she gave the exam.  I have limited range of motion in my shoulder as well as arthritus.  Failed to mention either in the paper work.  And pain
in my knee, which in the paper work said no pain in knee during exam which is a lie because the secont she put pressure on my knee during the exam i winced and

			<description><![CDATA[ The Army gave me 20% for chronic lower back pain. I was rated for loss of forward flexion. I was medically retired for this and one more condition. When I went
to the VA to be rated, the Dr. said I flexed to 85 degrees. The Dr. told me to reach as far as I could and that&#39;s what I did. I&#39;ve never been one for
faking. How do I get a better rating for my back? Also, what information would be valuable in my appeal? Can I/should I ask to have my back re-evaluated?

resulting in no increase, still at 20 %,    everyone says it because on forward flexion I always exceed 30 %, is this true and if so what about the other
measurements like extension, right and left laterial and rotation do they figure in if you have less than 30% forward flexion.   Also what about depression for
