			<description><![CDATA[ My husband was a chopper pilot in nam and has moderate to profound hearing loss. He filed for disability back in the late 80s and was denied. He refiled last
year and was denied, but the audiologist told him to file for tinnitus.

 He had his C&amp;P with the audiologist and she said both his tinnitus and hearing loss are more like than not caused from being a pilot.

the processing of my claims. I&#39;m well ahead of the process I have completed my scheduled C&amp;P exams and won&#39;t retire until Jan09. But, could my
reviewing  C&amp;P exam aid me by not having to go through (if required) another C&amp;P exam some time after my rating is done?

before the VA makes their decision on a claim in general - any idea? The US Consulate indicated that they had sent the exam results to the VA on 12 June by
email. Also, would the VA send me to a C&amp;P if my claim were to be denied anyway?
