I went to mypay and clicked on crsc pay and low and behold there was my crsc pay it said I would get my check August 1

Hearing Date Set

My husband received a letter with his hearing date for August 12. One day before the letter arrived, he got a phone call from a lady at the adjucation and review dept., asking him when he was treated at the VA. He told her for yrs. and then had to tell her how to get his records. I hope they have them before the trial date. Anyway, he has never had any kind of exam from SS, like a mental exam or heart exam or anything. Is this normal? Do they sometimes make a decision without exams ordered...

I am currently rated at 70% disability. It's broken down, left knee instability 20%, right knee instability 20%, degenerative joint disease left knee 10 %, degenerative joint disease right knee 10 %, lumbar disc disease 10%, degenerative joint disease left hip 10%, hypertention 10% and ascid reflux 10%. Newbie with appeal question

I am rated 70% for a mental condition and have more than 60% on other conditions, which add up to a total of 90% va rating
I appealed the mental rating because I know it takes me work to function close to normal and still cant, can I receive a P&T OR UI code for this conditon
and do I qualify for A/A and what does A/A do , do they send someone to help me on my daily life? what about the SMC-S what is that some body told
me I may qualify.

My main condition is not in the VA schedule of ratings, it is identified as AIDS/HIV to which I do not have. When I am submitting for an increase in my overall rating, the VA is using AIDS/HIV to determine the standards which allow for a rating...
